If you need to change or update the address on your order that has not been shipped yet, please email email@example.com with the correct address.
If your order has already shipped please contact your shipping carrier first to change the address.
If you would like to cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information within 24 hours from purchasing before the order is shipped.
Unfortunately, once the order has shipped we are not able to cancel it.

We deliver internationally but do fast shipping (3-4 business days) only for orders in US and Canada.

Orders shipped to the United States average a 3-4 business day delivery.
For shipping across Canada, the delivery timeline depends on the customer's distance from Toronto, Canada. Local deliveries within Toronto could take 2 days, while deliveries to Canada's West Coast could take up to 10 business days.
For international orders, delivery take between 7-74 days depending on the customer's distance from Canada. For example, it takes 3 weeks for an order to arrive in France.
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us at email@example.com.
To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue. From there we can look into the best way to get you a replacement or better find a solution.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 7 days return & refund policy. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchange or returns on non-faulty items so please choose carefully.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must still have original receipt.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
